Meet us at the AIRR Community Meeting III

The next AIRR community meeting will be held on December 3-6, 2017, at the NIH Fishers Lane Conference Centre, Rockville, Maryland. Website now live

Our new website is now live! We decided to go with hugo for creating the site - this is a static website generating engine which simplifies the process of creating a stable website. There is also an R package called blogdown which can be used to run hugo, and incorporates compatibility for Rmd files, enabling R code and figures to be nicely displayed. There are a few default themes already created for hugo which can be used to speed up the development process.

Read it here: Lymphadenopathy driven by TCR-Vγ8Vδ1 T-cell expansion in FAS-related autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome   Key Points: FAS-dependent apoptosis in Vδ1 T cells makes the latter possible culprits for the lymphadenopathy observed in patients with FAS mutations. Rapamycin and methylprednisolone resistance should prompt clinicians to look for Vδ1 T cell proliferation in ALPS-FAS patients.
